How to go live after integrating the JIT Funding

Good day everyone i  have been wondering how our payment institution can go live after integrating and implementing the JIT Funding service into our payment system, We have tried so many time to contact the marqeta support but we got no reply after sending emails, we have tried to contact them through the https://www.marqeta.com/contact-us  but it unfortunately that we haven't gotten any feedback or reply since 7 days ago, Honestly we don't know what steps to take in other to get a marqeta representative that can assist us or lead us through on this process. Please we need help on how we can get a marqeta representative.

Hi @Scarlenshia  Customers need to work closely with Marqeta to set up JIT funding and often, the criteria to put JIT funding into production are case-by-case. The Contact Us link you have been using is for sales rather than support.  I will try to get someone to reach out to you.  In the meantime, we do have an overview of the process here.

Thank you for your prompt response, we greatly appreciate your assistance. Our primary means of reaching Marqeta is through the http://marqeta.com/contact-us page. However, you can also contact us via our work email at admin@rechies.com.

We've encountered some issues, such as when trying to define the transaction webhook endpoint in the sandbox environment, as per the documentation. We consistently receive a 503 HTTP status code, indicating that the service is currently unavailable. We've been attempting to resolve this for the past few days but haven't been able to identify the cause. If there are specific requirements for the sandbox environment that we need to fulfill, we would appreciate your guidance.

Additionally, we have several other issues that we would like to address with the assistance of a Marqeta representative. We believe that a quick response from the Marqeta support team will expedite our integration process, making it ready for launch.

Regarding JIT funding, we have decided to use the Gateway JIT Funding option.

Hi @Scarlenshia.  Are you a current customer of Marqeta?  Or, are you just utilizing the sandbox?

We are currently utilizing the sandbox environment for integration and testing. We are not yet a live customer of Marqeta but are in the process of integrating your services into our platform.

We have not received any communication from a Marqeta representative since our last interaction. Our integration of the Gateway JIT Funding into our platform is nearly complete. Additionally, we sent an email to hello@marqeta.com two weeks ago but have not received a response.

I am writing to inquire about the requirements and certifications necessary to transition to the production environment after integrating the Gateway JIT Funding service.

Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
