We have not received any communication from a Marqeta representative since last month when we began integrating the Gateway JIT Funding Service into our project. We have also posted in the community, and one of the community managers (@reneemq) promised to assign a representative to us. Unfortunately, we have not yet been assigned a representative to date. We are writing this because our integration of the Gateway JIT Funding into our platform is nearly complete.
Please, if Marqeta is no longer offering its payment services, kindly inform us so that we can promptly seek an alternative payment solution.
I am writing to inquire about the requirements and certifications necessary to transition to the production environment now that we have nearly complete the integration of the Gateway JIT Funding service.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Scarlenshia . Cole is no longer community manager. I am happy to help. Are you a current customer of Marqeta or still looking for guidance around your use case? if you are an existing customer, your assigned account rep should be able to get you what you are looking for.
