Virtual card creation for end user in Africa

We are a based in Europe but have end users in Africa, and we want to integrate Marqeta to allow them to have a virtual card. Is it possible ?

Marqeta does not have a bin sponsor in Africa but you can leverage our European bin sponsor to use the cards for merchants in some allowed countries in Africa. But the program will exist in Europe and not Africa.
