Denied KYC on Sandbox

I'm trying to KYC a customer, not a business and receive the following in the response:

Does anyone have an idea what this error code means? Is it that the customer was not successfully KYC-ed, is it that the setup is not KYC enabled, is it something else?

Do I need to use certain test data on Sandbox to pass the KYC check?

Hi- KYC functionality isn't available in our public sandbox. It's only available in the private sandbox configured by Marqeta. The private sandbox is issued to customers once they sign an MSA.
