Attempting to reach out using 'Contact Us', but no luck

Hi, as the title suggests I have been attempting to reach out using the 'contact us' form. I have integrated the sandbox into an app that I am developing, and I would like to talk further to discuss pricing/future engagements. However I have not heard back.

When can I expect to hear back?

Thanks, I got an email back. However, I responded back but have not heard back again for a week. It would really not be ideal if I have to create a post here every single time that I need to reach out to be responded back to.
