Bank Transfers: Program is not enabled to access this endpoint

Hi! I was just testing out all of the endpoints, I can't seem to be able to get the ACH bank transfer endpoint to work. It just says "Program is not enabled to access this endpoint". Any ideas on how this may be resolved?
