Waiting for a response from Marqeta

I've been going back and forth on this forum for about a year now. I haven't heard back from the sales team even though I've contacted them numerous times. I'm very frustrated and disappointed with my experience so far; a company as big as Marqeta should be more professional.

The Sales team did NOT reach out to me on that date. I received no email from Marqeta and checked my junk folder as well. Please advise.
