Get Declined Transactions

Hello guys, I was wondering how can I fetch the declined transactions for a period of time?
I tried https://www.marqeta.com/docs/diva-api/declines/, but all requests are getting 404 BAD REQUEST..

this is the response body for the following request
https://sandbox-api.marqeta.com/v3/views/declines/month

I am using basic auth..

Is there anything that I should do in order to get declined transactions?
Or can I specify some params in the 
Action: GET
Endpoint: /transactions to get the unsuccessful transactions?
