Core API UpdateCardProduct Failing

I am attempting to update the

The config.card_life_cycle.expiration_offset object

For our Card Product. This worked in our Sandbox Environment but is failing with a "403" error (see below).

"error_message": "User does not have permission to access this endpoint",
"error_code": "403001"

I am the admin and lead developer. Not sure why it fails or what permissions may be missing. Any ideas?
