I am looking for a digital wallet solution for api call for account to account transfer . This could be between any two accounts, b2b, b2c. 

how can I do this?

Hi @17125 !  Thanks for posting your question.  I checked with our internal team and it appears that there is not a specific digital wallet API for account transfer.  To my knowledge, the only API for such transfers is this.

The "peer-transfers" is explicitly labeled as for accounts belonging to the same account holder and "It does not allow you to transfer or reallocate funds between different account holders." though, right?  Does that mean one would need to resort to ACH or it's ilk in order to do what this user wants?
