I created a Sandbox account and i saw that by default the account is US based by default but i would like to change it to EU.
Im working on a project specifically intended for italian citizens so i tried to change the list of accepted countries using this:

The problem is:
The /acceptedcountries endpoint is subject to role-based access control and is intended for Powered by Marqeta programs.
And if i try to call the endpoint im getting 403 forbidden. Is there a workaround or I must have a Powered by Marqeta program?
